100 Comments to Your Website…
Hey everyone
Sitting in my living room full of energy right no because I’m really excited to share with you all about the new buzz online!
The other day while reconnecting with some of the students from Marketing with Alex I read over Sally Niells’ post about a new challenge she was taking part in. It seemed really interesting so I did some more digging into it and must say This Is an Absolutely Brilliant Idea!! 
“The 100 Comments Challenge”
Ok let me explain how this all started. It all began with an Fresh Idea or a Bimbo comment as she calls it from Jacinta Dean inside of the John Thornhill Masterclass Forum another of those members named Steven King encouraged the idea of getting 100 comments on a single post and from there a challenge was born!
The 100 comments challenge is meant to increase traffic to your website as well as a way for you to build links back to your sites build relationships with the contestants and honestly a way to better your business and have fun all at the same time

What Would 100 Comments mean for your business?
- Well, the first thing It would do for your business is deem you as somewhat of an authority figure almost instantly, and at the same time establishing your presence online
- Build links back to your website which increases search engine ranking giving you more exposure
- Sign ups to your mailing list
- A Chance to partner up with 100 active bloggers
- The possibilities are endless

My Accountability Post
Hi everyone its been awhile and I’ll be the first to say I have a lot of explaining to do!
The Traffic competition went not so hot for me because I made one of the many fatal mistakes that stop people from becoming successful. For me that was talking about what I was going to do ,but then because of fear of failure , I NEVER DID ANYTHING AT ALL!
Obviously I knew why i wasn’t successful with the competition ,I really didn’t have a good way of going about solving it. I had again managed to repeat why I failed many times after that with different parts of the coaching class all the way up to the last module.
This last module however might have actually SAVED ME from being one of the non successful people in the course. I was quite stressed out at this point because of my lack of results and how slow my progress was compared to some of the more successful students in the course. (Of course that was to be expected if you don’t do anything nothing would get accomplished)
That night Alex shared with us the main reason, based off his own research, why people fail online. After the webinar he told us to go back to our Online Journey Journals and write about how much or how little we’ve accomplished. If we haven’t already, create a new 90 day plans and too RE-Hold ourselves accountable to help push us to accomplish our goals.
The change to becoming successful starts on the inside. You have to make the decision to do what needs to be done nobody else can make that choice for you.
That being said this is to hold myself accountable to everyone and work to accomplish these goals I made in order to achieve success
Outside The Business
- I will no longer run away from what needs to be done at the same time exercising my Self Discipline and get the work done!
- Write in my IM Journey Journal Daily
- Bump up productivity by cutting out distractions
Within The Business
- Write in Journal
- Hold myself accountable before my Mentor, Fellow Students, and Readers (Check )
- Monetize MichelleIM
- Reach out for support (not being afraid to ask for help)
- Create a Presence online by a much needed update to MichelleIM and Oil Rig Hopping
- The Dreaded Traffic Generation that should have been done in May (Really kicking myself in the bum for this one!)
- Building a JV/Affiliate army of 100 people
- Create My First Product
The things within the business are set to be accomplished by the end of August so I’m really looking forward to updating about the progress. By creating your own accountability post (To a relative or your significant other if you don’t have a blog yet ) I believe that it will help to drive you to accomplish things on time. That extra push cant hurt right

Forum Commenting Brings To You Targeted Traffic!
Who’d have thought that hanging out in your favorite forum and responding to the latest post could actually drive traffic your online business! Ok so maybe a lot of people have known ,but hey maybe you didn’t. The good thing though is that we all know now so lets jump right in it
So how is it that replying in a forum can drive you traffic? Each time you comment back or start up a new post you leave behind what is called your signature. Your signature will appear right under what you typed while in the forum. This magic box under your comment drives people to your website in three different ways.
The 1st way is the signature itself. You have the option of editing the signature which means you can put a link that leads back to your blog or website. The key here is having a strong statement that makes people do what you want them to do in this case click the link back to your site. This statement is called a call to action! Which is very important to master if you wish to get a better percentage of people to see your comment click on our signature link.
The 2nd also leaves an immediate way for anyone reading your comments to find out more about you by clicking on your profile name and checking out your portfolio. Leaving your business website or blog in the portfolio gives them a way to find out even more concerning what your about =]
The 3rd way forum posting can bring traffic to your website is caused by every reply that you post with ur signature in it will act as a backlink. A backlink is a link that is directed back to you website. The more backlinks you have the better Google will reward you by giving you higher page rank.
Who else loves free traffic! Best part not only is this free but its also Evergreen. Evergreen? Meaning as long as that forum is alive your links will always be there driving more traffic to you overtime.
A tips to make it all that much more effective is being HELPFUL! Lemme say it again BE HELPFUL! Don’t pimp your stuff just go out there in as many forums related to your niche as possible and help as many people as you can. By doing this it makes people turn there heads like “wow that was really great advice or information lemme find out more about this guy!, or gal =]P.
Ok, lets recap. Find a forum related to your business. Create an account if need be and add your links to your profile and signature. Create a great call to action. Be Helpful and Don’t pimp your stuff.

From Nothing to Something: On the Journey to Success
THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY!
Hello everyone my name is Ashawndra Michelle that’s pronounced A~Shawn~Dra. Today is the day that I submit my first ever blog post, HURRAY, except for the fact that I am utterly terrified of typing anything! Before I started typing I was considering the many different ways I could write in this post which lead to getting frustrated and not doing anything at all! Talk about jumping out of ones comfort zone =]. Even so, today I’m taking the leap of faith and am putting myself out there, to position myself among the top Internet marketers from around the globe!
Currently,I live in a small town on the eastern coast of North Carolina within the United States. I am also going to be graduation high school next month. I have been surrounded by business since I was very young and love everything about owning and running businesses. I have always known that I have wanted to go into a business of some kind somehow. Today it is my dream to become a successful Internet marketer who while creating her own success, can touch the lives of THOUSANDS and help them create there own success like my mentor and fellow coaching students have done for me.
Where I was………
Ah, High school. The in your life where you transition from being child to a member of society, and when you start planning seriously for your future. For me that meant fulfilling my dream of owning a business ,and living the life of my dreams. Of course though I had to start at the start which meant for now I would have to be content with my summer and after school job to pay for my bills .So, about a year and a half ago I got my first job working in a local daycare center, and I really enjoyed it , but of course like any job it got physically tiring and stressful to the point where I dreaded Mondays and Fridays became my best friend. Then the idea of “Wouldn’t it be nice if I could just stay at home and make money?” popped into my head. There would be No more commuting, no more stress, no more waking up when the sun comes up and coming home too tired to enjoy the rest of my day. That’s when I started to look into how to make money at home, which lead to how to make money online. After seeing the life of successful Internet marketers I was hooked! I knew then that no other career would satisfy me. I wanted that life that they claimed to have the freedom to work when I wanted to and make top dollar while at the same time being able to provide and have time with my future family so they’d never want for anything. But, Needless to say i got burned, a lot. I become one of those bright shiny object shoppers who would run from one product to the other hoping that it could make me the income needed to live a better life.

His name is Alex Jeffreys and happens to be a very successful Internet marketer himself as well as my mentor =]. I can’t tell you guys how happy I am that I came across a promotion for one of his free reports in my inbox. Thanks to him I have finally stopped being just another wannabe buying twenty hundred Internet marketing products that got me nowhere to someone who is finally taking steps towards there success with not only him behind me ,but a HUGE community as well. =] Now I am apart of the Marketing With Alex 3.0 community learning what it really takes to become a successful Internet entrepreneur. Even cooler part is that Along with the MWA 3.0 community there is also the people from his past coaching programs ( I’m talking hundreds of people from all over the world!)
Where I’m Headed! =]
All Right! Where am I headed?. Great question! The steps I’m taking within the next 30 days will be focused on ways to get Traffic! My goals aren’t just how to get trickles here an there I’m aiming for way to get an INSANE amount of traffic whether they’re new ways or old ways getting traffic will be the main focus ,and I’ll make sure to explain why in my next blog post. So, Stay tuned!
